Every month Love Drop finds and helps a family in need. This month Love Drop is helping Lucy. She has a very rare disease (3 people out of a million have it) and she needs a bone marrow transplant to survive. Finding a sibling who is a match for a bone marrow transplant has 25% odds. So she basically had a 25% chance of livng. But it turns out that her sister is a perfect match! Love Drop is teaming up with the goal of raising $3,000 to help pay for her health insurance.
Ready to do something good?
- You can head over to Love Drop and make a contribution. Anyone who donates over $25 will be sent a Lucy bracelet.
- Send a hand written card to let Lucy know we are thinking of her. The team is trying to get 50 cards to bring to the hospital. Email me for the address. We are sending them to a private address that I don’t want to put it all over the internet. This takes a few minutes and costs 45 cents. Do this!!
